About the project
As a Webflow Developer,you will be responsible for bringing high-fidelity designs to life, building and maintaining a scalable, performance-oriented web ecosystem. You won’t just “build pages”; you will own the technical execution of our digital presence, ensuring every interaction is fluid, and every pixel is perfectly placed.
How you’ll contribute
✅Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-fidelity websites and landing pages using Webflow, including the Designer, CMS, and Interactions features.
✅Translate design specs and brand guidelines into pixel-perfect, accessible Webflow implementations.
✅Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections to support dynamic, content-driven pages that are easy for non-technical teammates to update.
✅Build reusable symbols, components, and utility classes within Webflow to maintain consistency and streamline future development.
✅Implement animations, micro-interactions, and scroll-based effects using Webflow Interactions and Animations.
✅Write custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) via Webflow’s embed elements when native functionality doesn’t meet requirements.
✅Integrate Webflow with third-party tools and services (e.g., Zapier, Make, HubSpot, analytics platforms, form handlers) to extend site functionality.
✅Optimize site performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals within the Webflow environment.
✅Manage staging, publishing, and hosting workflows within Webflow, including domain configuration and 301 redirects.
✅Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend engineers to ensure the web experience aligns with broader product and brand goals.
This would make you the ideal candidate
✨Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✨5+ Years of experienceworking in building and shipping websites, with meaningful hands-on experience in Webflow.
✨Deep understanding of Webflow’s Designer, CMS, Interactions, and hosting/publishing features.
✨Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles; able to troubleshoot layout and styling issues quickly.
✨Working knowledge of JavaScript for custom functionality, third-party integrations, and embed-based solutions within Webflow.
✨Experience structuring Webflow CMS collections and reference fields to support scalable, content-rich sites.
✨Familiarity with SEO best practices, site performance optimization, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
✨Experience integrating Webflow with external platforms and APIs (e.g., Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Segment, Google Tag Manager).
✨Comfort with version control concepts and collaborative workflows; experience with Git-based workflows or Webflow’s staging/publishing model.
✨Solid design and UX sensibility; able to interpret design specs and raise questions when something doesn’t feel right.
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
