NeoWork is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
As a key member of our support team, you will help maintain our reputation for outstanding customer care and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Document interactions and maintain customer records.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.
Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with common customer service software is a plus.
Proficiency in Spanish and/or English is advantageous.
Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.

The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client’s needs.
This is a 100% home-based position with required in-person sessions in Medellín
