NeoWork is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our executive team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. You will be a key partner in supporting the leadership team and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Assist with project management and special assignments.
Support other administrative tasks to facilitate smooth business operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client’s needs.
This is a 100% home-based position with required in-person sessions in Medellín
