NeoWork is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, optimizing and improving our processes to deliver outstanding results for our clients. As part of our growing BPO company, you will lead a talented team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of NeoWork.

Your expertise will be vital in developing strategic plans aimed at optimizing our operational workflows, managing team performance, and implementing industry best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and performance.

We seek a proactive leader with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the BPO landscape. If you’re passionate about operational management and want to make a significant impact, NeoWork is the perfect place for you!

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO environment

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA is a plus)

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proven experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead under pressure

  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications

  • Must have reliable computer and high-speed internet access.

  • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client’s needs.

  • This is a 100% home-based position
