Engage patients in empathetic, conversational discussions around their care needs

Meet daily and weekly call, booking, and conversion targets
Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, processes, and patient experience
Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or call center roles
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to guide conversations, not just follow scripts
Excellent spoken English with a warm, professional, and empathetic tone
Comfortable handling sensitive conversations related to health conditions
High attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and trackers
Ability to stay persistent and engaged on 15–20 minute calls
Results-driven mindset with an understanding that conversion and show-up rates matter

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
We offer health insurance for contractors
