Job Description
NeoWork is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team and help drive growth through the identification and qualification of new business opportunities. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for executing targeted outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads, setting up meetings for the sales team, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting efforts through calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads
Engage and nurture prospective clients to understand their business challenges
Qualify leads and set appointments or product demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and pipeline status in CRM tools
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness
Continuously improve outreach strategies based on data and feedback
1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Result-oriented mindset with a persistent and proactive approach to prospecting
Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product value propositions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience using CRM software and sales outreach tools preferred
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client’s needs.
This is a 100% home-based position with required in-person sessions in Medellín
