Responsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategies tailored for a service-based businessβfocused on lead generation, local visibility, and brand trust.
Manage day-to-day content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging.
Create or oversee basic visual and written content aligned with brand goals.
Monitor social performance and engagement metrics to guide continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
3+ years of experience in social media management.
Proven success supporting service-based or local businesses.
Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.
Strong written English with basic design and content creation skills.
Familiarity with social analytics tools and performance tracking.
Ability to adapt content strategies based on engagement and lead metrics.
