At LOOP, we see social media as the pulse of culture and community — and in motorsport, that pulse beats fast. We’re looking for a Motorsport Social Media Manager for a global one-make racing series who lives the energy of race weekends and knows how to turn speed, emotion, and heritage into stories fans feel instantly.
You’ll shape how a global audience experiences the racing series year-round, creating anticipation, deep engagement, and iconic moments across platforms — from grid build-up to post-race legacy.
Build Strategic Campaigns: Plan and execute platform-specific social strategies and content plans for race weekends and off-season periods.
Create High-Impact Content: Produce posts, stories, reels, videos, and long-form recaps for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and a Hub platform.
Engage the Community: Design interactive activations, polls, trivia, and formats that spark conversation and fan participation.
Collaborate with the Paddock: Work closely with drivers, teams, and partners to amplify reach while keeping execution scalable and authentic.
Optimize Through Insights: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously refine content for maximum impact.
Sustain Year-Round Presence: Develop evergreen content that keeps fans connected beyond race weekends.
Deliver On-Site Excellence: Travel to events and capture real-time content in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000.
