Job Description
Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Application Support Agent (Junior - Medior) in Netcompany?
We are looking to hire multiple candidates, ranging from Junior to Medior level.
As a Application Support Agent you will :
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets in ServiceNow.
- Categorize, prioritize, and assign tickets according to internal procedures.
- Provide first-line support by investigating and resolving common issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or other departments.
- Ensure timely updates and clear communication with users throughout the ticket lifecycle.
- Assist in updating internal documentation and support materials for releases.
- Gather and organize feedback from users after each release to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellent knowledge of English; French is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
- Experience working with European Institutions is a significant plus.
