Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Contract Management Officer in Netcompany?
As a Contract Management Officer you will:
- Work closely with project managers to assist in day to day operations and project execution activities
- Communicate with external partners and support them with the ongoing coordination processes of the projects
- Organize and coordinate the project repositories, like contractual artifacts, reports, and deliverables
- Control the Timesheet acquisition, Cost accruals and Revenue Recognition
- Monitor and prepare invoice requests
- Gather data about project progress and produce reports, like monthly project reports, project metrics trend analysis, executive reporting
- Report project progress through dashboard presentation and assist in offer preparation
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
- Ability to develop realistic work schedules and meet tight deadlines
- Being self-motivated and result-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mind with attention to detail skills
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language
