Job Description
Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Data Engineer in Netcompany?
As a Data Engineer you will:
- Design and implement data pipelines (dbt, Trino, Spark).
- Perform dimensional modelling and data transformation.
- Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI as a plus).
- Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data processing.
- Containerise data workflows and support hybrid deployments.
- Ensure data quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with developers to test and validate data integrations.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Master’s and 10+years of experience or Bachelor’s 14+ years of experience
- Your ability to build and automate scalable data pipelines using clean, production-grade Python code.
- Experience managing the transformation layer and implementing data quality tests within a modern analytics stack.
- Practical knowledge of Trino or Spark for querying and processing high-volume, distributed datasets.
- A track record of using Power BI to turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Hands-on experience using Docker or Kubernetes to streamline deployment and ensure environment consistency.
- Familiarity with managing data workflows across both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Proficiency with English language (European C1+)
