So, what are the main responsibilities of a Documentation and Training Professional, in Netcompany?
As a Documentation and Training Professional, you will:
- Act as the vital link between technical Business Analysts and end-users, ensuring complex systems are accessible and intuitive.
- Create and maintain a robust library of manuals, help guides, and web documentation that directly enhances the user experience.
- Facilitate the smooth rollout of new information systems by designing and delivering high-impact training sessions.
- Work within a diverse, international environment, contributing to multi-lingual projects and team-driven goals.
- Leverage modern collaborative tools, wikis, and web technologies to keep documentation dynamic, searchable, and relevant.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (minimum EQF Level 6) and minimum 8-10 years’ of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to provide high-level support and guidance for complex information systems.
- Proficiency in managing content via wikis, social networks, and collaborative digital spaces.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and similar tools to create professional, engaging visual materials.
- Comprehensive, expert-level command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with web languages (e.g., HTML) and digital tools; experience with legacy web assets is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to contribute effectively to multi-lingual meetings.
- A strong, versatile foundation in IT principles and technical system navigation.
