Are you ready to discover the role of a Lead Java Software Engineer in Netcompany?
Joining us as a Lead Java Software Engineer , you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile teams working within large-scale transformation projects for global clients in exciting and challenging markets such as European Institutions, Telecoms, Sports Betting & Lotteries, Fintech, Healthtech Insurance, Public Domain (next-gen).
As a Lead Java Software Engineer you will:
- Lead and mentor a group of SW Engineers
- Design, develop and maintain back-end of large web-based Java EE applications
- Participate in the technical analysis, documentation, implementation, and integration of robust applications
- Test and manage early life support of core software tools and assets produced in the context of software development projects
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with Java technologies
- Experience in
- JEE applications
- SQL
- RESTful and SOAP web-services
- Team Leading
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, adaptability and team spirit
- Fluency in English
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Experience in Spring/Spring boot
- Experience in JPA or Hibernate
- Experience in Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience in NoSQL
