Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Project Manager (AI and Data Management projects) in Netcompany?
As a Project Manager (AI and Data Management projects), you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of AI and Data Management-related projects across enterprise clients, public institutions, and internal teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for experienced project managers who want to pivot into AI and Data Management projects without requiring prior AI and Data Management-specific professional experience.
As a Project Manager (AI Projects) you will:
- Manage AI and Data Management projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee clear communication and accountability.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation, balancing project needs with team capacity.
- Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and contribute to process improvements.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Draft and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project strategies, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Support team development by mentoring junior staff and fostering collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, or delivery roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello).
- Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, or enterprise architecture concepts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with strong escalation and risk management capabilities.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Experience managing projects in enterprise, public sector, or internal corporate settings.
- Exposure to AI, data management, machine learning, cloud technologies, or digital transformation projects.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster).
- Experience in sectors like banking, telecom, or energy.
