Job Description
So, what are the main responsibilities of a Social Media Expert in Netcompany?
We are seeking a versatile professional with strong expertise in social media management and content strategy, combined with hands-on graphic design skills. The role involves end-to-end management of social media channels and the creation of visually compelling digital assets that support communication objectives across platforms.
As a Social Media Expert, you will:
- Plan, create, publish, and manage daily social media content in coordination with internal teams (web, audiovisual, communication).
- Design and implement social media strategies aligned with organisational goals across organic and paid channels.
- Manage and moderate online communities, ensuring timely interaction, engagement, and adherence to corporate priorities.
- Define, monitor, and optimise short- and long-term KPIs; analyse performance, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Set up, manage, and optimise social media advertising campaigns and testing activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. influencers, content creators) to amplify reach and impact.
- Identify opportunities and risks in user-generated content and provide actionable insights to relevant teams.
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets (visuals, infographics, banners, templates, simple animations), ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University Degree and minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital content strategy.
- Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Ability to translate communication objectives into clear, engaging editorial and visual content.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Experience managing both organic and paid social media activities.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines autonomously.
- Fluency in written and verbal English, any other EU language knowledge is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and brand compliance.
