We are looking for AI savvy Mid and Junior Python Developers to join our Client’s project .

- Working hours: 9-17 CET
Salary brackets for Junior: up to 24 EUR/h
Salary brackets for Mid: up to 34 EUR/h
You would join one of three projects that our Client currently has:
Project #1: One universal health profile for users and their family — structured data, AI summaries, visit context and proactive guidance — moving from fragmented records to an insights product that helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Project #2: Solving the doctor capacity crisis. The mission: help doctors handle 30% more patients with higher quality, not burnout.
Project #3: The marketplace where patients start healthcare: the default entry point for any service (doctor, clinic, procedure, lab) across channels — including agentic search platforms.
English fluency (at least B2) .
Python + Javascript/Typescript.
AI Tooling like Cursor, Claude code, Copilot, ChatGPT / Gemini for day to day work .
Ideal Candidate: AI-Savvy: Not necessarily AI researcher, but a developer who actively uses AI tools to code faster and better.
Solid foundations in software engineering principles.
Language-agnostic mindset.
Familiarity with modern frontend or backend development.
High learning speed and coachability.
Interest in AI-assisted coding as a learning and productivity tool.
Technical education and/or exposure to demanding programming contests (e.g. ICPC, Google Code Jam–style competitions, national or university-level programming Olympiads).
AI fluency is not required at this level — curiosity and responsible use are.
