- Role: ElasticSearch Engineer
- Location: Remote (Offshore)
- Duration: 3–4 Months
- Experience Required: 3–5 years of hands-on ElasticSearch experience, AI Agents, Elastic Agent Builders, RAG in Elastic search.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain search solutions using ElasticSearch.
- Optimize search performance, scalability, and relevance across diverse datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective search strategies.
- Develop and manage indexing pipelines, crawling mechanisms, and data transformation workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot search infrastructure to ensure reliability and low latency.
- Stay updated on emerging search technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ElasticSearch in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents, Elastic Agent Builders, RAG in Elastic search.
- Strong understanding of search algorithms, relevancy tuning, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with data indexing, crawling, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
