What is the role

The Project Manager ensures successful delivery of IT network projects by combining technical expertise, project management, and client focus. Responsibilities include guiding project scope, communication, and quality control to meet client needs efficiently.

The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Project Oversight: Manages scope, risks, and quality assurance across all projects.  Project Manager is required to facilitate meetings with client engineering teams, regional technology managers and facility managers where risks are identified and properly managed.

Team Coordination: Briefs technicians, leads meetings with clients and internal teams, and ensures work aligns with scope.

Financial Management: Handles billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial analysis (profitability, margins, utilization).

Communication: Acts as a key liaison in meetings, communicates effectively across teams, and addresses issues promptly.

Technical Knowledge: Must be familiar with network routing/switching, copper and fiber infrastructure, and stay updated on networking technologies.

Work Set-up / Work Schedule

  • Remote

  • Shifting and following Eastern Standard Time (EST) work schedule

Who we are looking for

Successful candidate must possess:

  • 4–6 years of experience in IT Project Management / Coordination experience dealing with banks, IT managed services is highly encouraged

  • Familiarity with network routing and switch environments as well as other relevant networking technology areas

  • Familiarity with copper and fiber infrastructure

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, QuickBase)

  • Exceptional leadership skills and capacity to develop and innovate teams

  • Strong client relationships building skills and capacity to anticipate business needs

  • Mentoring and supporting team members

  • An eye in identifying internal improvement opportunities and enforces standards

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • PMP, Prince2, ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, CCNP/CCDP certifications (preferred)

  • Strong written, verbal, and internal communication skills
