Job Title: Project Manager
Employment Type: Contract – 12 Months (Extendable)
Work Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects across IT, Data, AI, and Platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in Agile and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for enterprise IT, Data, AI, and platform transformation initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Establish and govern project management frameworks, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Drive stakeholder management across senior leadership, business owners, vendors, and technical teams.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Oversee project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Coordinate release planning, sprint execution, delivery schedules, and status reporting.
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project for tracking and governance.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management within enterprise technology environments.
- Strong experience delivering projects across Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise IT initiatives.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed, and global teams.
- Strong understanding of risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery assurance.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive leadership interactions.
- Ability to convert business strategy into actionable execution plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications preferred.
- Experience working with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
- Exposure to Data Governance, BI, Analytics, or AI-led transformation programs.
- Prior experience working with global clients in remote delivery models.
