About the Role

We’re seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute our email marketing strategy. This role will be instrumental in building meaningful connections with our customers, driving engagement, and optimizing the performance of our email campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills..

Key Responsibilites:

  • Develop and execute Boldin’s email marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Audit existing customer journey and nurture streams for and provide recommendations for how to improve.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Work with product marketing partners to identify key moments in the customer journey to effectively leverage the email channel and influence behavior.
  • Develop campaigns, triggered flows, and promotions that deliver against revenue, conversion, engagement and retention goals.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft compelling email copy and visuals that align with Boldin’s brand voice.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and create actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and own the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotions, and key business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging email marketing tools to maintain Boldin’s competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in a CRM or customer journey-focused role within marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign) and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a fully remote position and is intended to be 1099 contract to hire.

Salary Range

$8,000 - $10,000/month
