Your role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate and partner inquiries.
  • Support the onboarding process of new partners and ensure smooth setup and activation.
  • Assist partners with tracking, commissions, promotions, and platform-related questions.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication to build strong partner relationships.
  • Support the operational execution of affiliate campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Affiliate teams.
  • Monitor partner activity and flag any tracking issues, inconsistencies, or risks.
  • Coordinate internally with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Finance teams to resolve partner-related topics.
  • Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and process improvements related to partner support.

  • Experience in partner support, affiliate support, customer support, operations, or account coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and internal tools.
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in affiliate marketing, fintech, or crypto (prior experience is a plus).
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
  • Team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
