Your role:
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless processes.
- Support recruiters and hiring teams with administrative and operational tasks throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with employer branding activities and recruitment events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
What makes you stand out:
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative coordination (internship or full-time).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with ATS tools is a plus.
