Your role:

  • Follow current Salesforce development best practices and work closely with the development team to ensure high quality code standards are met, including Flow-first automation, Apex for complex logic, code reviews, SFDX, and DevOps processes.
  • Help design and build a performant, scalable, and fault-tolerant product on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and modern integration patterns.
  • Work with other developers to solve system design and implementation problems, participate in solution design and technical planning.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services; manage data flows, data migrations and synchronization between systems.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, security model and data model when needed, but focus primarily on custom development, integrations and automation rather than standard admin maintenance.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation: design specs, process flows, configuration documentation, integration specs, test plans.
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom code and declarative logic, ensure code coverage, perform debugging and maintenance across Salesforce environments, and support ongoing improvements.

What makes you stand out:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce projects (development, integrations, customizations).
  • Strong experience with modern Salesforce development: Apex, Triggers/Batch/Queueable, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with declarative automation (Flow), and ability to choose correctly between code vs. configuration.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), Salesforce DX / CLI, and ideally CI/CD or deployment best practices.
  • Good understanding of data modeling, data migration, and integration patterns; experience working with external systems via REST/SOAP.
  • Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and comfort developing UI components, custom pages or integrations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements to scalable technical solutions.
  • Good communication skills in English - able to work with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Nexo benefits:

  • Competitive and rewarding remuneration package.
  • Annual performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive Learning Hub for continuous growth.
  • Hybrid work model: primarily office-based with scheduled home office flexibility.
  • A dynamic and inspiring environment with cutting-edge projects.
  • Career development opportunities in a global leader driving the next generation of wealth.
  • Customizable personal benefits package.
  • Wellness benefits include additional health insurance, all-access sports cards, team-wide sports activities, standing desks, and blue light glasses.
  • Free parking with a designated space, free electric bikes, and public transportation cards.
  • Fresh fruits, snacks, and a well-stocked office kitchen.
  • Regular department team buildings and company-wide team buildings.
