Your role:

  • Ensure the precise, timely, and reliable execution of all client communications across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Implement and optimize automated campaigns and triggered flows across direct channels
  • Partner with internal teams, including Content, Design and Product, to design, validate and launch new campaigns.
  • Translate cross-functional briefs into structured, executable operational plans.
  • Define and manage client segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience.
  • Own the communications calendar, set prioritisation and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Safeguard communication integrity by monitoring cadence, conflicts and message overlap.
  • Analyse campaign performance and drive continuous cross-channel optimization.
  • Maintain and improve operational tooling, templates, workflows and data logic.
  • Provide visibility, reporting and operational insight to support decision-making.

What makes you stand out:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in client communication and campaign automation.
  • Proven track record in client retention, campaign optimization, and journey automation.
  • Proficiency in client segmentation and ability to tailor campaigns to different audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset that turns reporting data into clear insights.
  • A practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
