We are a health optimization and longevity center, founded in 2016. We operate in the Health, Wellness & Fitness industries and have between 501-1000 employees. Our goal is to help people improve their health and live longer using a personalized, data-driven approach.

We use a four-step process: first, we measure biomarkers. Second, licensed providers review results and offer medical guidance. Third, we offer memberships for consistent access to our wellness technology and medical services. Finally, we track progress through continuous biomarker measurement and adjust plans as needed.

Our services include:

• Wellness tests: Baseline and Total Wellness Packages, and comprehensive Executive Physicals (biomarker testing, body imaging, genetic testing, cancer screening).
• Advanced medical services: IV Therapy (including NAD+ IV Therapy), Hormone Optimization (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy), Peptide Therapy, Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), EBOO Ozone Therapy, and Exosome Therapy.
• Wellness technologies: Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and Infrared LED Therapy.
• Beauty aesthetics: Botox, Dermal Fillers, Skincare, PRP.
• Vitamin Shots.

We also have specialized programs for hormone optimization and weight management. Additionally, we offer franchising opportunities and various memberships (Medicine 4.0, Optimize 4.0, Premier 4.0) that include biomarker testing, expert consultations, custom wellness plans, vitamin shots, IVs, and tech service credits.
