Job description
We are an 800+ strong team whose ideas underpin successful exits, IPOs, strong financial results and competitive advantages as well as novel processes, new business models and great user experiences. We focus on e-commerce, mobility, and transport & logistics, while always keeping an eye on emerging segments as well.
We rethink processes, business models and architecture, not to mention tech stacks. This approach opens doors for our people to find their own ways and solutions and bring their own ideas to life, learning and advancing both within and across teams and departments.
We say no to office politics and pointless meetings. We celebrate curiosity, experimentation, and passion beyond code. We are very open to people growing both within and beyond their teams and departments. And this is where we suggest starting today.
We are seeking a Information Systems Analyst to strengthen analytical and delivery capacity across complex GovTech and institutional system initiatives. These projects focus on building strategically important digital platforms that enable smarter, more connected public services. In this role, you will be central to ensuring analytical precision — translating diverse stakeholder needs into actionable system requirements, maintaining consistent documentation quality, and bridging business objectives with technical execution across multiple delivery teams.
In this role, you will
- Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into structured functional specifications
- Support architecture and integration discussions to ensure cohesive system design
- Maintain up-to-date process and data flow documentation
- Collaborate closely with development, testing, and product teams to secure delivery quality
- Conduct data and system validation to ensure compliance and reliability
- Contribute to backlog refinement and system roadmap definition
What you will bring
- 2–4 years of experience as an IS/IT/Business Systems Analyst
- Proven track record working on large-scale or public sector digital projects
- Strong knowledge of systems analysis, documentation, and integration principles
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery environments
- Solid understanding of APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience working with government IT systems or regulated environments
- Familiarity with analytical tools and AI-assisted documentation solutions
- Knowledge of public data standards and interoperability principles
What we offer
- A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and fun
- Health insurance and a yearly training budget (local and international conferences, language courses), employee-led workshops
- Flexible working hours
- Unlimited WFH (work from home) policy
- Extra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our team
- Bonus for referrals
- For those who dream of traveling: WFA (work from anywhere) possibilities in NFQ - approved countries
- Office perks and team activities
Salary range: € 3040 - 4560 gross / month
