As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation across exciting and unique projects in the energy and IoT sectors. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges, lead architectural decisions, and shape the direction of solutions. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring others and sharing knowledge across the team.
In this role, you will
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Drive the development and execution of technical strategies and initiatives to improve quality of our price component
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the timely delivery of relevant features
- Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of pricing components
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and driving operational efficiency
- Implement common engineering best practices
- Collaborate on managing project timelines, resources, and priorities to achieve business objectives
What you will bring
- Expertise in web development
- Expertise in Java and/or Kotlin (experience with Spring and Java certification are strong pluses)
- Expertise in frontend development (experience with TypeScript and React is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and on-premises infrastructure (experience with AWS is a strong plus)
- Experience with modular monolithic and/or microservices architectures, including asynchronous communication concepts
- Proficiency in modern SQL and NoSQL databases (certification is a plus)
- Strong commitment to ownership and delivering high-quality solutions
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to mentor and support team members
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian

Salary range: € 4920 - 7380 gross / month
