Job Description
We’re looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive data-informed decision-making across technology-driven initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into actionable insights and clear requirements — and who wants to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
This position is open to candidates based in LATAM.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
- Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on feedback and evolving needs.
What You Bring
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments.
- Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data, reporting tools, or basic SQL is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in SaaS, data, or AI-related projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN) or workflow documentation.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Background in consulting or cross-functional delivery environments.
