The Product Design department is about creating clarity and trust through design. We combine user insight, visual excellence, and systems thinking to design experiences that feel seamless across every touchpoint. As part of our growing team, you’ll join a group that’s setting and enforcing standards for design quality and impact.
This role sits within our B2B design cluster - the people behind the tools that help businesses to get started and use NordPass. From onboarding small teams to managing complex organisational needs, you’ll focus on designing experiences that make security and collaboration feel effortless.
You will play a central role within the CORE Design cluster, shaping the foundational user experience of NordPass. Your focus will be on the product’s most critical and frequently used features, including the design of the NordPass vault—covering navigation, item creation and management, and multiple item types. You’ll also contribute to key security tools and the autofill experience, ensuring these core interactions are intuitive, reliable, and cohesive across platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Work on business and user experience problems side-by-side with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and Engineers;
- Help the team across all product life-cycle stages including framing problems, providing user-centric insights, mapping out flows and designing interactions;
- Narrow down broad scopes and complex ideas into clear and intuitive prototypes;
- Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business and technical considerations;
- Provide and receive feedback from fellow designers to continually raise the bar of quality and professional growth.
Core Requirements
- At least 3+ years of product design experience building digital products;
- Evidence of shipping cross-platform products (Desktop/iOS/Android);
- Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
- Can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Case studies showcasing end-to-end product design work;
- Keen interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, and other related fields;
- Fluency in English.
Salary Range
- 17600-29500 Gross/PLN/Month
