Job Description
Northspyre, the only end-to-end real estate development management platform, empowers developers to make smarter investment decisions with data-driven insights and collaborative workflows. Through automation, analytics, and AI, Northspyre gives teams the real-time information, performance insights, and workflow tools they need to do their job with unparalleled speed and intelligence. By bringing project stakeholders, data, and processes together all on one integrated platform, Northspyre eliminates expensive silos in the development lifecycle, making project delivery simple and outcomes more predictable. Since 2017, Northspyre has been the backbone of operational infrastructure for leading development firms, supporting over $500 billion in projects across the US.
The Senior Content Manager owns content end-to-end, from understanding what our customers care about, to shaping compelling stories, to getting content out into the world.
Content is a core pillar of how Northspyre shows up in the market. This role is expected to take real ownership, operate with high autonomy, and grow in scope and impact over time.
Success in this role requires strong storytelling instincts, sound judgment, and a commitment to deeply understanding our customers and their domain.
In this role, you’ll get to
- Own content end-to-end—shaping ideas, crafting narratives, shipping consistently, and iterating based on real-world impact
- Be a core voice of the brand, defining how Northspyre shows up in the market with clear POV and credible storytelling
- Translate complex, high-stakes real estate development workflows into compelling stories that actually resonate with practitioners
- Work with a high degree of autonomy and trust, taking real ownership over what gets created and why
- Get deeply immersed in the customer domain by spending regular time with Customer Success and real customers
- Create across formats and channels—social, web, sales enablement, customer stories, and thought leadership
- Use AI thoughtfully to move faster and smarter, without sacrificing editorial quality or voice
- Build demand-aware content that supports buyer journeys, handles objections, and drives growth
- Continuously refine and repurpose content based on feedback from Sales, CS, and leadership
- Grow in scope and influence over time, laying a strong content foundation future marketing leadership can build on
We are looking for people who
- Are strong writers and natural storytellers, especially for complex, sophisticated audiences
- Take pride in owning work end-to-end and thrive with high autonomy and minimal structure
- Are deeply curious and motivated to go deep in a specific domain, not just skim the surface
- Care about understanding real customers and how they describe their problems and priorities
- Can turn complex ideas and workflows into clear, compelling narratives
- Understand how content supports demand generation and business growth
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain high editorial standards, even when moving fast
- Are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, designers, and partners
- Embrace feedback and use it to continuously improve their work
- Are excited to grow into a larger, more influential role over time
We are looking for people who have proven:
- 3+ years of experience creating and owning content for complex, CRE-specific audiences
- A track record of end-to-end content ownership—from idea and narrative development through publishing and iteration
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats (editorial, web, social, sales enablement, customer stories)
- The ability to translate complex products, workflows, or industries into clear, credible, and engaging content
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Design
- Strong judgment and editorial standards, with the ability to operate autonomously
- Familiarity with demand generation principles and how content supports pipeline and growth
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and iteration without compromising quality
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
