We provide a law firm operations platform, serving over 5,000 midsize law firms worldwide. Founded in 2004, our connected system integrates matter management, legal accounting, workflows, documents, billing, and reporting.

Our platform includes features like workflow automation, matter management, document management, document automation, calendaring, email management, template management, and a mobile app. We also provide client management tools, including a client portal, client communications, CRM, and client intake capabilities.

For firm profitability, we offer accounting features (multi-currency general ledger, banking, financial reporting, trust accounting) and billing features (invoicing, time tracking, payment processing, and invoice management). Additional features support firm growth through marketing, business development, and webforms.

Operational oversight includes compliance, data management, reporting, and security (backed by Amazon Web Services, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on). We also provide conflict checking and project management tools. The platform integrates with Microsoft Office 365, Xero, and Zapier.

We also incorporate AI features to improve time capture, client intake, filing, and administration. An add-on module called Builder allows for automated legal document assembly. It offers an easy-to-use template builder for letters, forms, and contracts, with auto-population of matter data and integration with Microsoft Word.
