It also identifies the estimated and remaining useful life for assets such as roofs and HVAC systems, and pinpoints issues, solutions, and costs. We specialize in multifamily unit interior and CapEx programs, helping you collect accurate data for capital planning and pre-construction. This also lets you track the return on investment for renovations, monitor real-time costs, and check the status of every unit.

We support annual budgeting and capital planning. You can also scope, estimate, bid on, and contract CapEx projects directly, linking budgets to property records. We provide real-time oversight of project progress and CapEx spending, allowing you to compare budgets against actuals and track out-of-budget events like change orders. Our platform integrates with systems like Yardi, RealPage, and Entrada, and we offer APIs and ELTs for custom integrations. All data is secured in SOC2 compliant cloud infrastructure.

We were established in 2020 as a software development company.
