Account Manager – Medical Communications - Commercial

Nucleus Global is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our medical communications team, with a focus on commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a MedComms professional who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility, and brings a flexible, creative mindset to their work.
In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of accounts and projects, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, strategically driven communications.
What you’ll be doing
Leading the day to day delivery of projects across exciting therapy areas
Acting as a key client contact, building trusted and proactive relationships
Managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing across accounts
Collaborating with writers, editors, designers, and global teams
Applying strategic thinking and creativity to solve challenges and add value
Supporting account growth and contributing to new ideas and approaches
What we’re looking for
Experience within a medical communications agency
Good understanding of Commercial and/or Medical Affairs deliverables
Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
A flexible, solutions-focused approach with creative thinking skills
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities
