We are a blockchain technology company founded in 2017 that develops tooling and software using zero-knowledge cryptography. We incubated the Mina Protocol, the world’s lightest blockchain, which launched its mainnet in 2021. We also created o1js, a TypeScript library and embedded DSL for writing zkSNARK-based smart contracts with zero-knowledge capabilities. o1js lets developers build zero-knowledge applications without needing deep cryptography expertise. It offers features like in-browser proof generation, no trusted setup, programmable privacy, and unlimited recursion.

Our offerings include:

• Mina Protocol: A blockchain designed to maintain a constant size for broad participation.
• o1js: A TypeScript framework for zero-knowledge application development.
• zkApps: Zero-knowledge smart contracts on the Mina Protocol that use an off-chain model for efficiency, privacy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Kimchi + Pickles: Kimchi is a modular, general-purpose zero-knowledge proof system. Pickles is Mina’s recursive zk-SNARK system, used to construct and combine proofs for incremental verifiable computation.
• A mutable state solution for open web applications, currently untitled.
