O2EPCM, Inc., also known as O2 Engineering, Projects & Construction Management, was founded on September 9, 2016, by Omoné O. Livingston, MSCE, CCM, ENV SP. We offer professional, technical, consulting, and management services within the engineering, design, and construction industry. Our services include full-service program management, project management, construction management, project controls, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Management, claims management, safety management, Building Information Modeling (BIM), storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), inspection, staffing/staff augmentation, drafting, and support for planning, design, engineering, and construction projects. We serve local, state, and federal government agencies, utility companies, and private clients. Our headquarters are in Los Angeles, California, with additional offices in Burbank, CA; San Diego, CA; Oakland, CA; San Francisco, CA; Henderson, NV; and Seattle, WA. We hold certifications as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Woman Business Enterprise (WBE), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE), and Community Business Enterprise (CBE). We are also SAM Registered and California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registered.
