About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating our deployment pipelines, managing containerized applications, and ensuring the scalability and security of our AWS environment. The ideal candidate is an expert in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and has deep experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD automation,system administration across various Linux flavors.

What You’ll Do:
Advanced Linux Administration: Manage and tune various Linux distributions including Amazon Linux 2⁄2023, CentOS/RHEL, and Ubuntu. Handle kernel tuning, process management, and troubleshooting.
Infrastructure Automation: Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
Container Orchestration: Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Amazon EKS (Kubernetes) and Amazon ECS.
Networking & Security: Configure and maintain VPC architectures, including Subnets, Route Tables, ELB/ALB, and security protocols via ACM (Certificate Manager).
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and maintain automated deployment workflows using GitHub Actions to ensure seamless code integration and delivery.
Serverless Architecture: Develop and maintain serverless functions using AWS Lambda and integrate them into the broader infrastructure.
Monitoring & Logging: Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Amazon CloudWatch to ensure system health and performance.
Scripting: Write clean, maintainable Python scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS (VPC, ELB, CloudFront, Route53, IAM).
Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
Orchestration: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker (ECS).
CI/CD Tools: Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for automation.
Security: Solid understanding of ACM, SSL/TLS, and AWS security best practices.
Monitoring: Hands-on experience with CloudWatch and other DevOps observability tools.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Professional certification.
Experience with Helm charts for Kubernetes package management.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience based on department and role.
