Role: Creative Designer
Location: Manila, Philippines
About the role:
Work directly with the Corporate Communications Team to develop and deliver high-quality creative assets that support corporate events, video production, annual report design, and internal communications campaigns to effectively communicate the Bank’s corporate image and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Design and produce creative materials for corporate events, including presentations, backdrops, signage, and promotional items.
- Support the production and editing of corporate videos for various internal and external platforms.
- Assist in the design and layout of the Bank’s annual report and other key corporate publications, ensuring brand compliance.
- Develop and execute visual assets for internal communications campaigns and initiatives across all employee platforms.
- Maintain visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all corporate communications materials.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Degree in relevant graphic design or visual arts.
- Graphic design, video editing, layout design, and presentation design. Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
- With at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, creative design, or a similar role, with a focus on internal communications and corporate branding.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, team player, strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
