We build and manage online products for consumers and businesses. Our software for HTTP, NNTP, networking, online storage, and security has been around since the early internet, powering the USENET.

Using this original codebase, we developed a content delivery network that delivers online video, games, and live streaming for major media companies like Steam, Xbox, and Viacom. To support this, we also built our own global IP network backbone. This network was then used to create our VPN, an online privacy and security product for users worldwide.

Over the years, we’ve acquired and integrated more than 12 online businesses and raised over $1 billion in financing. After a corporate reorganization, we now focus on incubating scalable platform-based products.
