Founded in 2014, we build AI-powered solutions for private markets. We automate key workflows throughout the deal and fund lifecycle by converting unstructured data from documents into usable information. This helps firms automate tasks like negotiation, compliance, and governance.

Our platform provides solutions for Contract Automation, Management, and Lifecycle Management, as well as NDA management, Entity Management, KYC, Reverse KYC, and Credit Agreements. Our AI features include summaries of legal and business terms, searching for information within agreements, comparing provisions, and suggesting document changes based on digital playbooks and past negotiations. We also offer outsourced Reverse KYC services, handling all counterparty communication from start to finish.

We work with global GPs, investment banks, law firms, and advisors. More than 1,000 firms worldwide use our solutions, including nine of the top ten PEI-ranked firms. As of December 2024, our platform has processed over 2 million documents and we have a 96% customer retention rate.
