We founded Opala in 2020 to make payer-provider collaboration easier through data automation. We collect, standardize, and consolidate healthcare data to create a comprehensive view of patient health.

Our product, HealthSynq™, ingests and normalizes claims, clinical, lab, and ADT feeds in near real time. This platform helps payers, providers, and digital-health innovators improve patient care, reduce costs, and meet interoperability requirements.

We work with Healthcare IT, Payer Data, Clinical EMR Data, FHIR, Data Exchange, Interoperability, Data Management, Provider Data, CMS Compliance, Prior Authorization, Population Health Management, Health Data Platform, Automated EHR, HL7, PBMs, HEDIS, and MA Star ratings.

In January 2026, we joined the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program.
