We are an AI research and deployment company, founded in 2015, focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. We develop and deploy general-purpose AI, offering the OpenAI suite of products and AI models, with a focus on API adoption.

Our Technical Success team works with customers in various sectors, including Enterprise, large Retail, Digital Native, and Healthcare & Life Sciences. This team provides pre-sales technical guidance, helps with AI strategy, identifies high-value use cases, builds demonstrations, scopes projects, and advises on architecture and implementation patterns. They also create supporting documentation and address security and compliance questions.

The Enterprise Platform Technology team designs and builds Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integration tools for enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows. This involves working with systems like Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Anaplan, and Jira, to ensure integrations are secure, observable, and scalable.

Our Scaling team designs AI supercomputers and works with partners to optimize hardware for workloads and data center deployments. This includes electrical design and system-level integration for scalable AI hardware solutions, taking hardware from concept to production.
