We were founded in 2019 by Travis Oliphant, creator of NumPy and SciPy. We build modular AI infrastructure and open-source AI solutions that organizations fully own. This means clients get systems they can understand, trust, and adapt without relying on third parties.

Our custom AI solutions let clients own their infrastructure, data, and models. We develop Nebari, an AI-first software suite listed as a JATIC product that supports DoD AI development. We serve various sectors, creating transparent and explainable models for biotech firms, auditable systems for investment firms, and specialized solutions for energy teams.

We partner with the Linux and Jupyter Foundations to help develop AI standards. We also offer free discovery sessions to help organizations plan their journey to AI sovereignty.

Our work involves building and packaging complex Python projects with compiled dependencies across PyPI and Conda, architecting unified ML platforms, and developing cloud-native, sovereign AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, MLOps patterns, and CI/CD pipelines. We also design and deploy scalable object detection systems and integrate computer vision tools.

Our mission is to free organizations from “black-box” SaaS by building transparent, collaborative, and empowering Open SaaS AI.
