Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who’s passionate about developing and growing a team. You’d be leading a high-performing team of three recruiters and the plan is to grow the team in 2026. While Tech experience isn’t essential, we’re keen on someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re open to billing managers or operational leaders with experience managing key accounts
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of 3 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Tech market.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet client needs and drive team success.
Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
Oversee salary negotiations and manage the offer process for successful placements.
Drive new business development, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
Maintain your own billing responsibilities, setting the standard for performance.
About You:
Proven experience in Contract Recruitment.
Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment environment.
Financially motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Up to 40% commission
30 days annual leave
1 week work from any office (including our international locations)
8 Offices Locations (Sydney, London, Bristol, Manchester, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Austin and New York)
