Ozmo is seeking a data-driven, collaborative B2B Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing team. As Demand Generation Specialist, you will be focused on driving lead engagement and conversion through nurturing programs, ensuring the success of marketing events, helping Ozmo enter new verticals and creating seamless campaigns that accelerate pipeline. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work alongside Marketing and Sales to ensure leads move efficiently through the funnel and contribute to revenue growth.

What you will do:

  • Build, manage and optimize automated multi-channel nurture campaigns (email, retargeting, post-event follow-ups and engagement workflows) to move leads efficiently to opportunity.
  • Execute high-performing campaigns in collaboration with Demand Gen, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless lead progression.
  • Support the Events team with pre- and post-event campaigns that drive meaningful results, including booked meetings, registrants and post-event conversions.
  • Assist in driving expansion into new verticals that align with company strategic priorities.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and funnel performance to identify gaps, optimize nurture flows and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain strong conversion rates by providing timely lead intelligence, campaigns and content to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Own and continuously improve lead scoring and lead readiness, ensuring a seamless handoff process to Sales.
  • Think strategically about the end-to-end lead flow in the CRM, ensuring data quality, consistency and efficiency.
  • Attend occasional marketing events and represent Ozmo, supporting as-needed with event logistics.
  • Collaborate on team projects and take on additional marketing responsibilities as needed..

What you will bring to the role:

  • Three or more years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation, lead nurture or email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and nurture campaign execution.
  • Expertise in email best practices and a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Experience in executing polished marketing events including trade shows and webinars.
  • Strong analytical skills, an experimental mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving engagement and conversion at scale.
  • Ability to travel approximately four times per year for marketing-led events.

Pay Range:ย $70,000 - $90,000 plus bonus potential

This position is fully remote.
