Pacvue establishing a local presence in LATAM, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We’re seeking Mexico City–based candidates who are excited to help launch and scale this new location.

About the role:
The Associate WebDesigneris responsible fordesigning and executing high-impact marketing websites, digital, and print experiences, combining strong visual design with UI/UX best practices to drive engagement and conversion. This role partners closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, brand-aligned web experiences. The designer supports projects through the full design lifecycle, from initial concepts and wireframes to final execution, while following established design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive best practices. The role focuses on continuous improvement and learning, using feedback, data, and guidance from leadership to refine designs over time.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that support conversion and brand engagement, working under the direction of the Group Creative Marketing Manager.
- Translate marketing goals, user needs, and business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling UI/UX solutions with guidance and feedback from senior team members.
- Manage multiple design requests at once, balancing speed, quality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ICP goals and ensure alignment with content and messaging.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the website design system through iteration and feedback.
- Apply website best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles across all digital experiences.
- Use data, user insights, and performance metrics to iterate and optimize designs for usability and conversion.
- Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback to peers, incorporating feedback received into your own work.
- Produce and implement end-to-end web design deliverables, including wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs aligned to specs (desktop and responsive), prototypes, and web assets.
- Support no-code implementation and publishing in WordPress, including asset preparation, QA, and close collaboration with Development and Marketing teams throughout the launch process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite design tools
- Demonstrated experience as a web, brand, or digital designer, with hands-on exposure to UX/UI principles.
- Expertise designing responsive, mobile-first marketing website designs with a conversion-focused mindset.
- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn complex information and data into clean and visually compelling designs, while understanding the context behind each project.
- Ability to interpret feedback constructively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with video or motion designers, providing design direction as needed for web experiences.
- Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Translatable design skills across all digital and print creative touchpoints: layout, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and development partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
