Pacvue is establishing a local presence in Mexico, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We’re seeking Mexico City–based candidates who are excited to be part of this new location and contribute to its growth.

About the role:

The Senior Retail Media Associate, Customer Onboarding supports the primary point of contact for new Pacvue clients from contract execution through go-live. You’ll assist the technical setup of core platform features, temporarily manage client campaigns, and conduct training sessions to ensure clients graduate from onboarding with the foundational configuration, automation, and working knowledge to operate Pacvue.

Responsibilities:

Support Client Onboardings

  • Run core components of the onboarding program, including account setup and/or temporary hands to keys execution for client campaigns, including campaign organization, tagging strategy, rule logic, dayparting models, budget pacing, and reporting needs.
  • Apply campaign management expertise across Retail Search, DSP, and AMC for temporary support for clients to deliver best-in-class setups
  • Provide training sessions with clients, tailored towards Pacvue platform setup, guidance on optimization strategies, and performance tracking.

Manage Projects & Cross-Functional Teams

  • Escalate and help resolve cross-functional blockers without dropping deliverables.
  • Support handling client escalations and provide professional, clear stakeholder updates.

Scale & Improve the Program

  • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows and contribute to improvements that enhance onboarding efficiency and outcomes.
  • Contribute to playbooks, templates, and documentation to streamline future onboardings.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to address recurring onboarding friction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce account management, account strategy, consulting, sales, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent results for clients.
  • Working knowledge of retail media best practices (Search, DSP, AMC), and how retail media, sales, and operations intersect.
  • Strong command of digital advertising KPIs and data storytelling.
  • Skilled at analyzing complex datasets, identifying key metrics, and providing actionable insights.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master Pacvue’s products, features, and applications in client environments.
  • Strong project management skills; able to plan and execute defined tasks despite ambiguity.
  • Impeccable organizational ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to supporting process improvements and workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and consistently.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, quickly adapting and executing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide solutions to clients.
