Havenpark Communities

We operate and develop manufactured home communities, a business we started in 2015. We offer quality, affordable manufactured homes in communities across the United States.

Our work includes property management, handling everything from collections and ancillary income to pricing, leasing, renewals, rent adjustments, lender partnerships, and financing programs across our portfolio. We also use data analysis to gain insights, which helps us make decisions in operations, finance, marketing, and HR.

Our mission is to make caring communities accessible for responsible residents across America. We do this by providing communities with amenities and landscaping, and offering homes that are more attainable than other housing options.
