About the Job Opportunity
The Biomedical Product Sales Specialist plays a key role in expanding PartsSource’s footprint across hospitals and IDNs by engaging clinical engineering, facilities, and purchasing stakeholders. This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role focused on driving revenue growth, supporting customer needs, and converting opportunities through consultative selling. You will serve as a trusted product resource, combining strong sales execution with customer-first problem solving to help healthcare organizations operate reliably and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Sales Execution & Account Growth
- Drive revenue growth within existing hospital and IDN accounts.
- Engage decision-makers through high-volume, phone-based sales outreach.
- Advance opportunities by aligning product solutions to customer needs.
- Meet or exceed defined sales activity and performance targets.
Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion
- Identify and reach key stakeholders within complex hospital environments.
- Execute sales plans aligned to acquisition goals and territory priorities.
- Build early-stage relationships that convert into long-term customers.
- Navigate multiple buyer personas across clinical and operational teams.
Consultative Selling & Customer Support
- Provide first-line support for product inquiries and order-related issues.
- Recommend products and suppliers that align with customer objectives.
- Apply strong product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate solutions.
Sales Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and capture opportunities.
- Follow up consistently to support retention and repeat business.
- Leverage internal resources to improve customer outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Your Background
- Proven success in phone-based or inside sales roles.
- Experience selling into healthcare, biomedical, or technical markets preferred.
- Strong ability to engage multiple decision-makers within complex organizations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
