About the Role
Weβre hiring an Admin Executive Assistant to support client onboarding, documentation, and internal coordination in a compliance-driven IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) environment.
This is a precision-critical role β small errors can create downstream operational or financial risk.
You will act as the control layer across operations, ensuring everything is accurate, documented, and completed without gaps.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What Youβll Own
Administrative Coordination & Scheduling (Core)
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination workflows
- Align communication across leadership, clients, and internal teams
- Anticipate needs to protect leadership bandwidth
- Ensure tasks move forward without delays or missed steps
Documentation & Compliance Support
Maintain audit-ready documentation across systems
Support compliance-sensitive workflows within ITAD operations
Ensure all records are:
- Accurate
- Complete
- Properly stored
Work within structured systems like:
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Operational Tracking & Quality Control
Track:
- Client onboarding progress
- Internal updates
- Process changes
Identify inconsistencies in:
- Data
- Dates
- Documentation
- Scheduling
Validate all key details (names, numbers, records) before execution
Systems & Records Management
Maintain clean, structured systems across tools
Ensure documentation is:
- Organized
- Searchable
- Accessible
Keep long-term records consistent and reliable

Required Experience & Skills
3+ years in:
- Executive Assistant
- Administrative Assistant
- Virtual Assistant roles
Strong experience with:

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal English communication
Ability to work independently and solve problems
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
