About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across both paid and organic channels.
This is not a coordination-only marketing role.
You’ll be directly responsible for:

What You’ll Own
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
Build and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- X (Twitter) Ads
- Reddit Ads
- TikTok Ads
Design full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies
Launch campaigns end-to-end, including:
- Audience targeting
- Campaign structure
- Conversion tracking
- Creative direction
- Optimization workflows
Write and test high-converting ad copy
Continuously test:
- Messaging
- Audiences
- Hooks
- Creative formats
- Landing pages
Organic & Social Media Growth
Own organic growth across:
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- Other relevant social platforms
Develop content strategies aligned with paid campaigns and growth goals
Test messaging organically before scaling through paid media
Build:
- Audience engagement
- Brand visibility
- Organic reach
- Inbound demand
Identify platform-specific trends and growth opportunities
Optimization & Scaling
Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive adjustments
Improve:
- CPL
- CPA
- CTR
- ROAS
- Conversion rates
Run structured A/B tests across:
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Headlines
- Bidding strategies
- Landing pages
Identify scalable opportunities while maintaining efficiency
Stay ahead of:

Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
Track and analyze performance across:

Translate data into actionable growth decisions
Cross-Channel Collaboration

Experience
3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Strong experience managing campaigns across:

Proven ability to generate B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth
Experience managing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels
Core Skills
Deep understanding of:
